Cancellation Policy

• For Cancellation more than 3 days before the transfer/tour, the deposit is refundable,you are entitled to a full refund minus any card handler/bank charges for the refunding of the sum and a 5% administration fee with a minimum of five euro's (5 €).
• If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled transfer, you are entitled to a 50% refund minus any card handler/bank charges for the refunding of the sum and a 5% administration fee with a minimum of five euro's (5 €).

Safety Measures COVID-19

We proceed with safety measures in your transfer or excursion:

• Our company follows faithfully the Greek Government's Health Protocols.
• Our drivers use all the necessary personal safety equipment.
• The use of a mask is mandatory for all passengers.
• There is a free antiseptic when entering our vehicles.

Notes & Conditions

• Call us at +30 22420 24245 for last minute reservations or for modifications.
• Our staff will wait for you at the airport/port holding a sign with your name.
  
• Even if your flight/boat is delayed our staff will keep expecting you.
  
• We will also help you with your luggage and offer you any other information/services you may need.
• All above rates are quoted in euros, per tour/transfer and include VAT and city taxes. They don't include any amounts for food, drinks and entrance tickets for museums/archaeological sites.
• In case of "Last minute" technical problems the company has the right to cancel the reservation or return the money of the booking, always in consultation with the customer.
• We offer baby, child, and booster seats for free.
• We ensure confidential handling of all your personal data we received.
