When should I make a reservation?

You can book up to 24 hours in advance for any of our suppliers. We do recommend that you make your booking with us as soon as you have all of your travel details finalized. However, we would suggest organizing your excursions or trips in time.

Can I cancel my reservation and when?

You are free to cancel your reservation free of charge 48 hours before your departure excursion or departure/arrival time.

How can I make a reservation?

For excursion reservation - transportation service bookings, fill in our reservation form with all required details related to your travels. You will then receive an email confirmation from us with all relevant information. In the event that you would like clarification on anything related to the excursion , driver, guide (if applicable) or recommended routes, or if you would like to request a personalized itinerary with a tour guide, please do not hesitate to contact us either by calling or emailing. We are at your service to answer any questions you might have and assist you in finding the optimal solution for your stay.

What are the prices for your services?

The rates for our services are based on choice of vehicle, distance to be traveled and special requests/requirements. All prices are fixed and are clearly outlined on our website for your convenience. For anything you need ask us, we are at your disposal.

How can I pay?

You can pay your driver in cash or pay online via credit card (MasterCard, Visa) payment through our website or Paypal or Bank account deposit.

Do you provide child safety seats?

Yes. Simply let us know the number of children accompanying you as well as their ages and Athens Transfers will ensure that the vehicle you will be traveling in has the required number of child safety seats, at no extra charge.

Where and how will I meet my driver?

Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the arrivals terminal if you are coming into an airport, or on the quay where your sailing vessel will dock if coming into a port, holding a discreet sign with your name and our company’s logo on it. Make sure to include your mobile telephone number on the reservation form, so that we are able to contact you either by calling or iMessage if necessary. In the event that you cannot locate your chauffeur, please contact our offices immediately, so that a representative can assist you directly and efficiently.

What happens if my flight is delayed or if I miss it?

We receive continual updates on flight and sailing route schedules that concern our clients. To this end, we ask that you fill in all relevant information regarding flight numbers and dates and/or sailing dates and ship names on the reservation form, so that we are notified in a timely manner as to potential airport or port delays or cancellations. Our clients do not incur any extra charge for such delays and cancellations.In the event that you miss your flight or boat, or if a flight or scheduled sailing departure has been canceled due to inclement weather conditions, please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we can rearrange your reserved transportation services and keep your booking active for 24 hours, at no extra charge. In the event that you do not honor your reservation and do not inform us of this fact, we are obliged to charge the transportation service costs in accordance with our company’s operating terms and conditions.
